From budgeting and planning assistance, to vendor and location research, etiquette and "day of" coordination, our experienced wedding consultants can assist you with every detail. We focus on giving very individualized and personal service to each and every one of our clients. We understand that your event becomes our event and needs to be treated like a gem. It is our purpose, to create and maintain lasting memories of your event in a way that is personal to you, professionally polished by us and memorable to all that attended. We offer a variety of service packages designed to fit the needs of discerning clients like you. Custom packages are also available by request.

Diamond Package

Designed for the couple that has mapped out all the details of their wedding and need someone for day of coordination. These services include:

• Meeting with the couple to map out details of the ceremony
• Meeting with the officiant and the site coordinators to maintain the integrity of the event.
• Confirming with other vendor services to ensure all details are in place in a face to face meeting prior to event date.
• Creating a cermony timeline & setup schematic for vendors
• Prepare wedding day itinerary for wedding party
• Supervision of ceremony setup, including programs, unity candle, flowers, baskets, aisle runner, place cards, guest book and favors
• Organizing the rehearsal in preparation for the big day (assistance with processional and recessional)
• Providing on-site wedding coordination to ensure a smooth and stress-free day


Ruby Package

Includes the diamond package but extends the coordination through the entire wedding weekend. This includes the rehearsal dinner and the reception.

• Coordinate all details of the rehearsal dinner.
• A wedding day production schedule will be created and distributed to maintain the integrity of the event.
• A detailed meeting will be set up with all vendors involved at the reception site
• Will create and coordinate all details as outlined in the reception itinerary.
• There will also be supervision of the reception vendors including load-ins, set-ups and load outs
• Coordinate pick-up of gifts, cake topper, toasting glasses and cake utensils.
• Coordinate send off of the bride and groom to their new life.
Note: This package needs couple to appoint two hostesses per 100 guests


Emerald Package

This package is for the bride and groom who need help managing the logistical details but still wants to be very involved with the planning. This package is geared to the couple that does not need a full-time consultant.
This includes the above packages plus 10 hours of consulting in any area that is desired by the bride and groom. Areas include but not limited to:

• Preparing your wedding budget
• Advice on etiquette and traditions
• Recommend suitable vendors that meets the bride's style and budget
• Accompanying you to vendor appointments, as available
• Reviewing vendor contracts before you sign them
• Offering creative suggestions
• Developing a realistic wedding day schedule for bridal couple


Sapphire Package


The purpose of this package is to define and develop your style of wedding from beginning to end. We work closely with all vendors to ensure that your ideas are properly executed throughout your wedding. This service will save you time and spare you the stress of searching for your wedding day vendors. We will also keep the planning costs within the parameters of your budget.

• There is a detailed meeting with your event planner to discuss wedding style and budget, with several meetings suggested throughout the planning stage
• Majestic Events will help you find your wedding day vendors to suit your style and budget. This includes reception venues, catering, lighting, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Baker, ceremony music, reception music, officiant, and invitations and Wedding attire.
• Monthly written update of planning schedule
• Assisting with Save the Date card wording and ordering
• Assembling, addressing and mailing Save the Date cards (postage paid by contracting party)
• Assisting with Invitation wording and ordering
• Assembling, addressing and mailing invitations (postage paid by contracting party)
• Assisting with selection and assembly of favors, table numbers and place cards
• Coordinating discounts/group rates for airline reservations and car rentals
• Handle contracts and monies with wedding day vendors.
• Prepare lodging arrangements for out of town guest
• Assembling and delivering hospitality gifts for out-of-town guests
• Handle all RSVP coordination
• Design Seating charts with Diagrams
• Unlimited advice & consultations to ensure the bride and groom is treated like a royal couple.


Tanzanite Package

This package is geared toward the corporate client with needs from coordinating fundraiser events to office parties and team building functions. Majestic Events will give advice on everything from etiquette to design and transform your ideas into a Majestic Event. Detail proposals are available upon request.

 

Topaz Package

This is the special events package for the smaller gathering such as family reunions, birthday parties to include sweet sixteen, showers, anniversaries and retirement parties. This is a short list but please call me with any ideas of your event and I will make it a Majestic one. Detail proposals to fit your budget are available upon request.

 

Pearls Package

This is the package designed to fill in the holes of event planning. A la Carte items are available upon request. Examples are:

• Two-hour conference to review wedding plans and to offer recommendations to make the planning easier

• Note: Postage and printing costs are paid by contracting party

Coordination of hotels for out-of-town guests
• Investigate area hotels and rates
• Reserve block of rooms
• Track reservations and special requests
• Deliver hospitality gifts for arriving guests
• Coordination of pre/post-wedding parties (i.e. engagement party, bridal showers, rehearsal dinner, next-day brunch, etc.) or any social event
• Conciege services dealing with errands and tickets.
